DemandLetter Pro™ is a paid AI-powered tool. It is available for a one-time purchase of $297. The tool is designed to assist personal injury attorneys in drafting structured demand letters based on case information entered by the user.
3. No Legal Advice
The Instant Demand Value Finder™ and DemandLetter Pro™ are AI-powered productivity tools intended to assist licensed attorneys in their professional work. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by use of these tools or by any communication with Successful Selling Systems, Inc.
All output generated by these tools must be reviewed, verified, and exercised under the independent professional judgment of a licensed attorney. We make no representation that any output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific case or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in reliance on tool output.
4. Purchase Terms
DemandLetter Pro™ is available for a one-time payment of $297. Upon successful payment, you will receive a login and password granting you access to DemandLetter Pro™. This access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to DemandLetter Pro™, please contact us promptly and we will work to resolve it. See Section 5 below for our full satisfaction guarantee and refund terms.
5. Our Guarantee
We stand behind DemandLetter Pro™ with a full one-year money-back guarantee. If, after using DemandLetter Pro™ on your cases for a full twelve months from the date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with the demand letters it produces, contact us and we will refund your full purchase price. No questions asked.
Please note the following terms of the guarantee:
The guarantee period is twelve months. The guarantee becomes exercisable only after twelve full months have elapsed from your date of purchase. Refund requests submitted before the twelve-month period has elapsed will not be honored, as the guarantee is designed to give you a full year of real-world use across multiple cases before making that determination.
Technical issues. If you experience a technical problem with access to or operation of DemandLetter Pro™ at any time during your twelve-month period, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not trigger or accelerate the guarantee refund right; they are handled separately as a customer service matter.
How to request a refund. After your twelve-month period has elapsed, simply contact us at the email address in Section 14 and we will process your refund promptly.
6. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase of DemandLetter Pro™, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tool for your own professional legal practice. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to DemandLetter Pro™ to any third party
- Use either tool to provide services to clients as a standalone product without your independent professional review
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the tool's underlying prompts or structure
- Use either tool for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the structure of the DemandLetter Pro™ and Instant Demand Value Finder™ tools, is the property of Successful Selling Systems, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUCCESSFUL SELLING SYSTEMS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Successful Selling Systems, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
